Vehicles will be held for up to two hours after the scheduled arrival time. If flight details are provided, this period is extended to two hours after the flight's arrival. In case of delays, please call or email us to inform us of any changes to your pick-up time. If no communication is received after the two-hour window, you will be considered a no-show. At that point, we may or may not be able to honor your reservation, depending on vehicle availability. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Debit cards are accepted for payment, while cash deposits are not permitted. MEGA MC Rent A Car accepts VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD, and credit cards. Only the individual named on the credit card is authorized to use it for payment and deposit purposes. The renter is required to present a valid driver`s license at the time of rental. Foreign renters must also present a valid driver`s license.

(RSA) is an optional product with a daily cost of $5. With RSA, you`ll get jump starts, gas service (in case you run out of gas), towing, flat tire assistance, and winching at no extra charge. However, key services (in case they`re lost or locked in the car) are limited to a benefit of $100 per incident, and the cost of replacement keys is not covered. If the customer chooses not to purchase RSA, they will be responsible for any service fees if they require any of the services mentioned above.

MEGA MC Rent A Car has the following products available upon request: Baby Seat for $12/day, but not more then $100 per rental.

Local renters are individuals who do not provide evidence of a return flight. mileage limit 150 per day

We accept all major credit and debit cards. A deposit, equal to the rental amount plus a minimum of $350 local $500, international $1000. will be pre-authorized on your card at the time of rental. Once the vehicle is returned, this deposit will be released; however, please note that this process may take 5 to 7 business days. We are not responsible for any banking charges incurred while using your card.

Vehicles are held for two hours after reserved arrival time. When flight details are provided, we will hold vehicle for up to two hours after flight arrival. In the event of delays, you may call or e-mail us to advise of any changes in your pick up time. After the two hour window, you will be considered a no-show and we may or may not be able to honor your reservation, depending upon availability.

L.D.W - Loss Damage Waiver * - is an optional product, it is a waiver of MEGA MC Rent A Car right to collect from the Renter for damages caused to the rental vehicle over the deductible amount. Deductible by vehicle. L.D.W. charge is $25USD. L.D.W.We provide the Renters Collision Protection (RCP): the customer purchases RENTERS COLLISION PROTECTION through our car rental company for $19 per day, including a service charge. This product will pay for any collision damage done to this rented vehicle up to a maximum $20,000 with a $250 deductible, as long as the customer or any 'Authorized Drivers' do not violate this contract. The purchase of the RCP is non-refundable, even if the rental vehicle is returned early. If the customer do not contact the police and RCP carrier and file an incident report, it is his responsibility to pay for damages to the rental vehicle through his credit card on file.

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) Disclaimer LDW (Loss Damage Waiver) is an optional product that waives MEGA MC Rent A Car's right to seek damages from the Renter for damage to the rental vehicle, beyond the deductible amount of $1,000. LDW provides collision protection: customers can purchase COLLISION DAMAGE PROTECTION through our rental company for $34.99 per day, including service fees. This product covers collision damage to the rental vehicle up to $20,000, with a deductible of $1,000, excluding glass, mirrors, and tires, provided the customer or any ""Authorized Driver"" does not violate this agreement. LDW is non-refundable, even if the rental vehicle is returned early. If the customer does not contact the police and LDW provider and file an incident report, they will be responsible for paying for the damage to the rental vehicle using the credit card on file. We also offer additional products such as Accident Insurance (PAI/PEI) for $9.95 per day.

Renters must be at least 21 years old. A $21.95 per day surcharge applies to drivers 21–24 years old and 76 years of age or older. All drivers must present a valid driver’s license and satisfy all rental and insurance requirements.

Location is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No after-hours pick-up or return service is available. Vehicles may only be picked up and returned during regular business hours.

Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pick-up, as well as No-Show reservations, will be charged one (1) rental day, with a minimum cancellation fee of $35.00, plus applicable taxes. Prepaid reservations are non-refundable.

Debit cards are accepted for payment only and may not be used for the security deposit. A valid major credit card is required for the security deposit on all debit card rentals. Debit cards are not accepted from local renters. Non-local renters must present a valid return airline ticket matching the rental period. Additional identification, proof of insurance, and other rental requirements may apply. Clubs Car Rental reserves the right to approve or decline any debit card transaction at its sole discretion.

All drivers must present a valid, original driver’s license at the time of rental. U.S., Canadian, and International driver’s licenses are accepted. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is required only when the original driver’s license is not printed in the Roman alphabet. The name on the driver’s license must exactly match the name on the credit card, passport (if applicable), insurance declaration page (when required), and the Rental Agreement. Expired, suspended, temporary, digital, or altered driver’s licenses will not be accepted. Clubs Car Rental reserves the right to verify the validity of any driver’s license and refuse the rental if the requirements are not met.

Optional equipment and services are available upon request and subject to availability. Child Safety Seat: $9.99 per day. GPS Navigation: $9.99 per day. Unlimited Toll Pass: $19.99 per day, providing unlimited use of eligible toll roads during the rental period. Customers are responsible for any loss or damage to optional equipment. Charges for lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment will be applied at the replacement cost plus applicable fees.

All vehicles are rented on a Same-to-Same fuel basis and must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pick-up. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged a $25.00 Refueling Administration Fee, plus $10.00 per missing gallon, in addition to applicable taxes. These charges will be applied to the security deposit or the credit/debit card used for the rental

Rental vehicles may only be operated within North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Travel outside these authorized states is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from Clubs Car Rental. Unauthorized travel will result in a $1,000.00 Unauthorized Travel Fee, plus $0.50 per mile driven outside the permitted area. Any damages, towing expenses, or additional costs resulting from unauthorized travel are the sole responsibility of the renter.

Renters must provide proof of valid automobile insurance or purchase the protection products offered by Clubs Car Rental. Renters who decline Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) must present a valid U.S. personal automobile insurance declaration page showing transferable liability coverage of at least $300,000 Combined Single Limit (CSL) for rental vehicles. The policy must have been active for a minimum of 90 days prior to the rental date. Policies issued, renewed, modified, reinstated, or changed on the day of rental will not be accepted. The name and residential address on the declaration page must exactly match the primary renter’s valid driver’s license. Clubs Car Rental reserves the right to accept or reject any insurance policy presented. If acceptable proof of insurance is not provided, the renter must purchase Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) for $29.99 per day. Glass & Tire Protection is optional and available for $9.95 per day.

Customers residing within a 150-mile radius of the rental location are considered Local Renters and are subject to additional qualification requirements. Local renters must present a major credit card in the primary renter’s name and are not permitted to use a debit card. Additional identification, proof of residence, proof of employment, and proof of insurance may be required

Optional protection products designed to reduce the renter’s financial responsibility during the rental period. Available options include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) starting at $29.99 per day, Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) for $29.99 per day, and Glass & Tire Protection for $9.95 per day. These products are optional and may be declined if the renter provides acceptable proof of qualifying insurance and meets all rental requirements.

The Agency accepts all major credit cards and debit cards for payment of rental charges. However, a major credit card in the primary renter’s name is required for the security deposit. Debit cards may be accepted for payment only and are subject to additional qualification requirements. The Agency reserves the right to approve or decline any form of payment at its sole discretion.

Vehicles must be picked up and returned only at the location, date, and time specified in the rental agreement. The Agency does not offer after-hours pick-up or return service. Airport pick-up is provided by shuttle service only. Upon arrival, renters must call the Agency using the phone number provided in their reservation confirmation to request the shuttle. The shuttle will transport the renter from the designated airport pick-up area to the rental office, where the vehicle will be delivered and the rental agreement completed. Any changes to the scheduled pick-up or return must be approved by the Agency in advance and may be subject to additional fees

Prepaid debit cards are not accepted for payment, security deposits, or any other rental-related charges. The Agency reserves the right to refuse any prepaid, reloadable, or virtual payment card at its sole discretion.

If you have made a reservation you may pay on arrival however to make a reservation we will need a credit card to guarantee your vehicle. There may be an authorization on your Credit Card statement of USD$1.00 please be advised that a no show fee equivalent to a one day rental plus taxes with a minimum of USD$35.00 will be charged to the Credit Card. If vehicle is not pick up you can avoid this fee by cancelling your reservation through the same website you made it, you cannot call or write to cancel you can cancel only through the website where the reservation was made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled rental time. Prepaid reservations-if you have a prepaid reservation your Credit Card will be charged in full at the time you made your reservation. The Credit Card that you paid your reservation must be present at the time of pick up. Refund and cancellation policy-a prepaid reservation is a nonrefundable booking. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will not be modified. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund or credit. For customer satisfaction Economy will apply a refund for any of the reasons below-after verification- -flight cancelled and customer could not get to the rental location-natural disaster prevented travel- Illness prevented travel-death in family prevented travel-jury duty prevented travel-Economy was unable to fulfill the customer reservation (example no vehicle available) - Any action due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be advised that there will be a charge of a handling fee for cancelling. If a customer chooses to change the date of their reservation the handling fee will be waived but may be subject to a rate adjustment. For date change please contact 1 877 326 7368. Prepaid debit cards are not accepted for payment, security deposits, or any other rental-related charges. The Agency reserves the right to refuse any prepaid, reloadable, or virtual payment card at its sole discretion.

By renting a vehicle from Economy Rent A Car and Economy Rent A Car affiliates, you hereby agree that any and all disputes and controversies arising out of your reservations and your rental of the vehicle shall be resolved solely and exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.

Please note that it is strictly prohibited to smoke in the rental vehicle. A penalty fee of $250.00USD will be charged for an odor removal service if you smoke in the vehicle or if the vehicle is returned with an odor due to smoking.

All rental rates are subject to applicable federal, state, county, airport concession, tourism, and local taxes and fees, as well as any other government-imposed charges in effect at the time of rental. Additional optional products, services, tolls, fuel charges, traffic violations, cleaning fees, and other applicable charges are not included in the quoted rental rate and will be charged separately. The Agency reserves the right to adjust charges to reflect any changes in applicable taxes or government fees

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is optional and available for an additional daily charge. Level 1 CDW is $29.99 per day with a $2,500 deductible. Level 2 CDW is $34.99 per day with a $1,500 deductible. Full Protection is $49.99 per day with a $0 deductible. Renters who decline CDW must present a valid U.S. personal automobile insurance declaration page showing transferable liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage for rental vehicles. The policy must have been active for at least 90 days prior to the rental date. Policies issued, renewed, modified, reinstated, or changed on the day of rental will not be accepted. The name and residential address on the declaration page must exactly match the primary renter’s valid driver’s license. Clubs Car Rental reserves the right to accept or reject any insurance policy presented. If acceptable coverage is not provided, the renter must purchase CDW. A minimum security deposit of $1,000.00 is required when CDW is declined. If CDW is not purchased, the renter is responsible for the full value of any damage or loss to the rental vehicle
