Additional driver charge is $5.00 per day with a maximum of 3 additional drivers .

The minimum age of the Renter or any additional driver must be 18 years old. Ages 18 to 24 and Underage fee $20USD per day will apply.

Monday to Sunday 24/7 this location opens all year round.

We do not charge a cancellation fee but we do however request that customers inform us at least 24hrs notice prior to their reservation pickup date/time.

Debit cards with a VISA or Mastercard logo is accepted. We also accept cash deposits but CDW will be a mandatory add-on charge. Economy Rent a Car accepts all major credit cards. No one other than the person named on the credit card may use that credit card for the deposit. The card holder must be present at the time of rental.

Renter must present a valid driver license at the time of rental. Foreign renters must present a valid driver license. Renters will be allowed to rent a vehicle for up to 30 days, present at time of rental.

We offer 24/7 roadside assistance. Mechanical breakdown assistance fees will be determined at the time of the rescue, if it is deemed that issue is due to driver error or vehicle negligence then a certificated repair estimate will be provided to the customer. Key lockout and gasoline delivery fees range from $15.00 - $20.00 depending on the vehicle’s location. Tire service (change to spare tire) is $25.00. Jump starting is free of charge.

We have the following products available upon request: Baby Seat, Booster Seats, GPS navigation, and other accessories. Prices vary and all items are subject to availability upon arrival so it is recommended that these products get added on when making the reservation. Guam Public Law 30-33: On January 1, 2010 this law came into effect which requires car seats and booster seats for children younger than 12 years old. Under the law, children younger than 4 must be secured in a child restraint system while traveling in vehicles. Children ages 4 to 11 who are less than 4 feet 9 inches tall must be secured in a booster seat.

Vehicle must be returned with same amount of fuel as rented to avoid a refueling service charge of $10.00 per gallon.

Vehicles cannot be taken outside of GUAM.

All rental vehicles include liability insurance cover at no cost to the renter. CDW coverage will be offered as an option if using a credit card.

Local renters are those who provide a Guam ID or Driver’s license.

Free MIleage for class vehicles

No charge for returning to any Nissan Rent A Car location. Customers have the option to return the vehicle at a hotel for a $10.00 fee (Hotel Return).

We accept all major credit cards. Deposit: The amount of the rental plus a $100.00 deposit (Credit card or cash). Credit Card deposits will be held in your card at the time of the rental, once the vehicle is returned the credit card deposit will be released this process can take 7 to 14 business days depending on the renters credit card financial institution. Cash deposits will be refunded immediately upon return if no new issues with the condition of the rental vehicle. All remaining balances must be paid upon return. Travelers Checks are also accepted.

If you have made a reservation you may pay on arrival however to make a reservation we will need a credit card to guarantee your vehicle. There may be an authorization on your Credit Card statement of USD$1.00 please be advised that a no show fee equivalent to a one day rental plus taxes with a minimum of USD$35.00 will be charged to the Credit Card. If vehicle is not pick up you can avoid this fee by cancelling your reservation through the same website you made it, you cannot call or write to cancel you can cancel only through the website where the reservation was made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled rental time. Prepaid reservations-if you have a prepaid reservation your Credit Card will be charged in full at the time you made your reservation. The Credit Card that you paid your reservation must be present at the time of pick up. Refund and cancellation policy-a prepaid reservation is a nonrefundable booking. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will not be modified. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund or credit. For customer satisfaction Economy will apply a refund for any of the reasons below-after verification- -flight cancelled and customer could not get to the rental location-natural disaster prevented travel- Illness prevented travel-death in family prevented travel-jury duty prevented travel-Economy was unable to fulfill the customer reservation (example no vehicle available) - Any action due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be advised that there will be a charge of a handling fee for cancelling. If a customer chooses to change the date of their reservation the handling fee will be waived but may be subject to a rate adjustment. For date change please contact 1 877 326 7368. Vehicles are held for three hours after reserved arrival time. When flight details are provided, we will hold vehicle for up to three hours after flight arrival. In the event of delays, you may call or e-mail us to advise of any changes in your pick up time. After the three hour window, you will be considered a no-show and we may or may not be able to honor your reservation, depending upon availability. By renting a vehicle from Economy Rent A Car and Economy Rent A Car affiliates, you hereby agree that any and all disputes and controversies arising out of your reservations and your rental of the vehicle shall be resolved solely and exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.

Collision Damage Waiver is a non-refundable “Auto-Auto” protection coverage. Renter is responsible for the insurance deductible payment when the CDW protection is purchased. The standard CDW protection does not cover damages to rims and tires. Incidental charges such as towing, police report fees, citations, are not covered. CDW does not cover water related damages as a result of vehicle being driven in flooded roads, or damages caused by a natural disaster or inclement weather conditions. “Driving Under the Influence” of Alcohol and / or Prohibited Drugs, Vehicle Negligence resulting in a Moving Violation i.e. Reckless or Imprudent Driving, Taking the vehicle “Off-Road”, or is / was being driven by an “Unauthorized” person who is not named in the rental agreement will – VOID – said coverage.
