Additional driver charge is 25 € per rental with a maximum of 3 additional drivers .

The minimum age of the Renter or any additional driver must be 21. Drivers age 21 to 25 may rent a vehicle for an additional charge of $10.00 per day with higher L.D.W deductible. No additional charges will apply if Renter is over the age of 25.

Customers who fail to cancel their reservation from the source it was booked, at least 48 hours prior of the pick up time, or do not show up for their reservation are subject to a lost all the prepaid amount

Debit cards are not permitted. No cash deposits are allowed. Saint Pierre Locations Alwego Accept credit card MasterCard Visa and Amex. No one other than the person named on the credit card may use that credit card for the deposit. The card holder must be present at the time of rental.

Renter must present a valid driver license at the time of rental. Foreign renters must present a valid driver license and a valid passport and based on the date of the entry stamp, will be allowed to rent a vehicle for up to 90 days, present at time of rental.

Vehicle must be returned with same amount of fuel as rented to avoid a refueling service charge.

Vehicles cannot be taken outside the country of Martinique or Guadeloupe. If you take the car out of the rental country, then it will be considered negligence and a penalty charge will apply, plus time and expenses.

There may be an additional charge for dropping off the vehicle at a different office. The drop off charge varies depending at which office you are renting from and which office you are returning the vehicle into.

We accept VISA MASTERCARD and AMEX credit and debit cards, Deposit: The amount of the rent plus a minimum of € 950, will be held in your card at the time of the rental, once the vehicle is returned this deposit will be released this process can take 7 to 14 business days. Prices are provided in € euro, we are not responsible for banking charges that may incur when using your card. Cash deposits, Travelers Checks, Unembossed Credit or Debit cards will be subject to verification at the moment of the rental. For those reservations that require a credit card guarantee, customers will be subject to a one day rental fee if they fail to show up to rent their reserved car, or if reservations are not canceled at least 48 hours prior to the reserved date through the source the reservation was made through.
