Please park the vehicle in EZ parking and lot @ 3356 Elmbank road, an attendant will inspect the vehicle and will provide the shuttle to the Viscount station. After hrs drop-off fee is $30.00. It will be added to your final invoice and the final receipt will be emailed to the address on file.

Renter must be 25 years of age with a valid drivers license, a major credit card & a third piece of government issued photo identification in his/her own name. The minimum age to rent is 23 years. Ages 23-24 will incur a $25.00 cad per day surcharge. Underage surcharge will not appear in total pricing. Under 25 years we will not rent luxury and specialty vehicles.

-NO SHOW- If you need to cancel or change your reservation, you must cancel and change it through the same web site where the reservation was made at least 72 hours in advance. On the day of reservation vehicles are held for two hours after reserved arrival time. After the two hours window, you will be considered a no show and we may or may not be able to honor your reservation, depending upon our availability. If you do not cancel prior to your arrival by 72 hours, or you are a no show, you will be charged a total of $ 50.00 plus mandatory taxes.

American issued debit cards may be used to rent vehicles. Eligible debit cards must have the Visa, or Mastercard logo. Canadian issued debit cards or Stored value / prepaid / gift cards are not acceptable to qualify for rental. Debit Cards without a Master Card or Visa logo are not accepted at the time of rental but may be used to pay for the rental upon return. Stored value / prepaid / gift cards are not acceptable to qualify for rental. The estimated amount of the rental plus an additional amount of $1000.00 CAD will be assessed against your debit card at the time of rental. These funds will no longer be available for your immediate use and may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank, to become available. We will not be responsible for any returned check(s) or insufficient fund charges or bank fees related to this process. Reservation may not be altered at the time of rental. A confirmation of your reservation does not mean that your debit / check card is acceptable.

The time and mileage or daily rate is subject to change, or a surcharge may be assessed, if the vehicle is returned before or after the due date or to a location other than the renting location. there are no refunds for early returns.

Roadside Assistance Program: If you purchase our Roadside Service Plan (RSP) we will waive all, or a portion of, the cost of a roadside assistance service call up to the amount of $125.00 CAD per incident. You may purchase RSP at $4.95 CAD per rental day. Benefits include emergency road service towing, winching, jump start, flat tire change, lockout service and emergency fuel delivery. Some restrictions apply; ask for a copy of an RSP brochure at the rental counter.

Child seats are available for $11.99 per day & are subject to availability at time of rental.

OPTION #1 BUY A TANK: Vehicle is rented with a full tank. Purchase a full tank of fuel at the time of rental & bring the vehicle back with fuel at any level. Credit will not be issued for unused fuel. OPTION #2 WE FILL THE TANK: Vehicle is rented with a full tank. Bring the vehicle back full to avoid a charge or we will refuel the vehicle based on the miles driven or level of the tank. A refueling service fee will apply per Litre.

Your personal auto policy may cover damage to the rented vehicle. Check with your insurer if you are uncertain. Liability Insurance protects you against claims for injury you cause to third party or their property. Liability insurance does not cover injury to you or damage to the rented vehicle. State and Country laws determine whether your personal auto liability insurance or our liability insurance will pay for injuries you cause to others while driving our vehicle. At this Location, you must provide proof of Collision, bodily injury and property liability Insurance that extends to rental vehicles at the time of rental. Proof should include the name and address of the insurer and the policy number. US Citizens must bring in Canadian Non Resident Liability Card as proof of insurance. We require written proof in English of liability insurance covering injury to third party or their property, Collision and comprehensive insurance covering the rented vehicle while on rent. The renter must provide proof in the form of an insurance declaration page, specifically stating comprehensive and collision coverage is effective and enforced for the duration of the rental agreement (this also applies to the coverage that may be provided through credit card companies and third party companies that will be used at the time of rental). An insurance declaration page is the document that defines your coverage and limits. Insurance cards WILL NOT satisfy the requirement to provide an insurance declaration page for self-insurance. This rule applies to all policies, including collision coverage purchased from any online booking sources. We can elect not to rent to you if you do not present the required proof of insurance coverage. If renter chooses to self insure and use/transfer their personal auto insurance to the rental car, an Insurance transfer fee ITF of $4.99 /day will be charged.

Personal Accident /Effects Coverage $11.95 per day By purchasing optional PAC you and your passengers are insured against bodily injury, some medical payments and accidental death while occupying the rental vehicle, subject to all the terms, provisions, and exclusions of a group policy.

The estimated amount of the rental plus 25% or a minimum of $1000.00 CAD will be authorized against your credit card at the time of rental. Deposit may increase if rental is long term. A minimum of $2500.00 CAD security hold will be assessed on all Premium, Luxury or any Specialty vehicles. Customers who make a prepaid reservation using a debit card need to be aware that the renting location will require a credit card in the renters name to be used for leaving a deposit for the rental in order to rent the car. If you have made a reservation you may pay on arrival. However, to make a reservation we will need a credit card to guarantee your vehicle. There may be an authorization on your Credit Card statement of USD$1.00. Please be advised that a no show fee equivalent to a one day rental plus taxes with a minimum of USD$50.00 will be charged to the Credit Card. If vehicle is not picked up, you can avoid this fee by cancelling your reservation through the same website you made it. You cannot call or write to cancel. You can only cancel through the website where the reservation was made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled rental time. Prepaid reservations: If you have a prepaid reservation your Credit Card will be charged in full at the time you made your reservation. The Credit Card that you used to pay for your reservation must be presented at the time of pick up. Refund and cancellation policy: A prepaid reservation is a non-refundable booking. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled, your reservation will not be modified. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund or credit. For customer satisfaction Economy will apply a refund for any of the mentioned reasons after verification; Flight cancelled and customer could not get to the rental location, Natural disaster prevented travel, Illness prevented travel, Death in family prevented travel, Jury duty prevented travel, Economy was unable to fulfill the customer reservation (example no vehicle available), Any action due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be advised that there will be a charge of a handling fee for cancelling. Location maintains a smoke free fleet. Smoking of any kind (cigarette, cigar, pipe, etc.) is prohibited in our rental vehicles. You will be assessed a cleaning fee of $200.00 CAD if the vehicle is returned smelling of smoke or littered with ashes.

We offer Collision Damage Waiver for $29.95 CAD per day. This coverage has a deductible of $1250.00 CAD. Glass & Tire Protection is offered for $9.95 CAD per day with a deductible of $100.00 CAD. If you purchase Collision Damage Waiver, we will waive a portion of our right to collect from you for damage to the rented vehicle caused by collision or upset. The amount of your responsibility varies according to the type of vehicle you rent. There are exclusions from Collision Damage Waiver including comprehensive losses such as fire, theft, vandalism, flood, hail or acts of God. If you purchase Glass & Tire Protection we will waive a portion of our right to collect from you for comprehensive damages. Please read the back of the Rental Agreement for a complete list of exclusions. Some credit cards may provide you the benefit of collision damage waiver or you may purchase collision coverage online.
