To expedite your pickup, please ensure you have the necessary documents. Customers planning to self-insure must provide proof of personal insurance coverage with the renter’s name listed on the policy, including coverage for Collision, Liability (property and bodily injury), along with a valid driver’s license and a credit card in the renter’s name. Please note that we do not accept commercial insurance policies for vehicle rentals. Customers residing outside the United States who plan to self-insure are required to purchase Glass and Tire Protection (GTP), the Handling Insurance Fee (HIF), and Loss of Use (LOU), though LOU may be declined if their insurance explicitly covers it. Local renter restrictions apply, so we encourage reviewing our terms and conditions. Additionally, customers renting for just one day must provide their own insurance, covering collision, comprehensive, bodily injury liability, and property damage.
When you arrive, please proceed to level 1 ground transportation on A, B or C side. Once on level 1 proceed outside to the rental car pick-up area.
Economy Rent a Car shuttle picks up at spaces A11 - A12 - A13 or B11 - B12 - B13 or C277- C278 and operates 24 hours per day. If you arrive at the Brightline train station, please proceed to the ground transportation level 1, spaces 3 and 4, once you get to this designated area, notify us to be picked up.
