Our regular business hours are from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If you need to return a vehicle outside of these hours, you may leave the car at Fox Auto Parks: 10121 Glasgow Pl, Los Angeles, CA 90045. Please leave the keys with the parking attendant, who will provide a complimentary shuttle service back to the airport. Out-of-hours drop-offs are subject to a $35 fee, which will be added to your rental contract if not prepaid at the time of booking.

$29.99 per day will apply for renters 21-25 years old.

Customers who fail to cancel their non-prepaid reservation from the source it was booked, at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up time, and do not show up for their reservation are subject to a $25 USD charge or 50% of the amount of the booking, whichever is higher.

At time of rental, driver must present a valid drivers license in the drivers name. Customers with a drivers license in a non-Roman alphabet may be asked to present an international driving permit (IDP) for translation purposes. Temporary driver's license will only be accepted with a second form of identification.

Vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as rented, If not a refueling fee of $50 plus up to $8.50 USD per gallon will be charged.

Mileage Restrictions: Unlimited mileage as long as the customer drives within the states of CALIFORNIA, NEVADA and ARIZONA. The vehicle is not allowed to cross into either CANADA or MEXICO. If mileage restrictions are not met, there will be a penalty charge of $1000 USD and $0.50 USD per mile. Customer(s) fail to present return itinerary ticket(s) back to their place of residence are allowed, only 150 free miles per day. Unlimited mileage are for non-California Driver's license holders. In accordance with California law, all drivers must carry liability insurance that meets or exceeds the state’s minimum legal requirements while operating a motor vehicle. Third Party Liability (TPL) coverage is mandatory unless it is already included in the rental rate or purchased separately. TPL may be waived only if the renter provides written proof of valid Third Party Liability insurance under the main driver’s name. This proof must be issued at least 45 days prior to the rental pick-up date, must clearly state that rental vehicles are fully covered, and must comply with the minimum coverage requirements of the state in which the rental takes place. This documentation must be presented at the time of pickup. Insurance policies issued outside of the United States are not accepted. If the proof of coverage is incomplete or does not meet these requirements, the purchase of TPL will be mandatory.

Theft Protection is an optional service which, if accepted, reduces your financial liability for loss of, or damage to the vehicle, its parts and accessories, due to theft, attempted theft or vandalism, provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. If TP is declined, you will be responsible for the full replacement value of the vehicle. The renter is responsible for all damage to the rental vehicle. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover. The credit card must be in the renter’s name, valid, and physically presented at the time of rental. Please note that debit cards and virtual cards are not accepted. The required security deposit varies depending on the vehicle category and the coverages included in your rental agreement. Deposits range from $250 USD to $1,000 USD. For local renters, the deposit is $2,000 USD. Renters who live in the rental state or who do not provide a valid round-trip airline ticket for the rental period are considered local renters.

The renter is responsible for all damage to the rental vehicle. Insurance from outside the US is not accepted. Collision Damage Waiver-CDW allows renter to not be held financially responsible for loss or damage to the rental vehicle when used in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement. Daily rate varies depending on the vehicle rented. Rates starts at 24.99 USD per day. We offer to all renters LDW, Loss Damage Waiver, which for an additional daily charge relieves the renter of all financial responsibility for the loss of, or damage to the rental car, as long as the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms of the Rental Agreement.

If you purchase our Roadside Service Assistance (RSA) we will waive all or a portion of the cost of a roadside assistance service call up to the amount of USD/200.00 per incident. You may purchase RSA at USD/12.99 per rental day.

E-Toll is optional, avaliable for $14.99 per day plus tax. If no pass program is selected a $25 fee per toll + use will be charged if toll roads are utilized. A $250 penalty will be incurred for tampering with the Toll sticker. Personal toll devices cannot be used. Renter is responsible for all tolls, speeding, red light, and parking violations, cost of violation plus fess ranging from $3.00 - $50.00 per infraction. GPS cannot be guaranteed as they are subject to availability. Payment due at pick-up. In California, state laws require children under 2 years of age shall ride in a rear-facing car seat unless the child weighs 40 or more pounds OR is 40 or more inches tall. The child shall be secured in a manner that complies with the height and weight limits specified by the manufacturer of the car seat. (California Vehicle Code Section 27360.). Children under the age of 8 must be secured in a car seat or booster seat in the back seat. Children who are 8 years of age OR have reached 4 feet and 9 inch in height may be secured by a booster seat, but at a minimum must be secured by a safety belt. (California Vehicle Code Section 27363.). Passengers who are 16 years of age and over are subject to California's Mandatory Seat Belt law. If you book any type of child seat, Supplier will not install it in the rental vehicle and you will be responsible for fitting it yourself. Requests cannot be guaranteed as they are subject to availability. Payment due at pick-up.
