Drivers must be over the age of 21 in Trinidad and Tobago in order to be liable to rent the vehicle. An Under Age Fee of $11.25USD applies per day for drivers under the age of 25.

Customers who fail to cancel their reservation from the source it was booked, at least 24 hours prior of the pick up time, or do not show up for their reservation are subject to a $ 25 USD charge or one day rental charge, whichever is higher.

The renter and all approved drivers must be in possession of a full, valid driving license for at least 2 years. Furthermore, the following conditions apply depending on the issuing country of the driving license. A local driver’s permit is required and can be issued at the time of rental for USD 24.00 on showing of a valid driver's license (cash only) for drivers who do not have a CARICOM driver's license. Driving license printed with non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, and Cyrillic etc.) must be complemented by an International driving license.

All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be refilled prior to returning rental vehicle, otherwise the current prices per liter of petrol or diesel will be charged in addition to a refueling fee.

For those reservations that require a credit card guarantee, customers will be subject to a one day rental fee if they fail to show up to rent their reserved car, or if reservations are not canceled at least 48 hours prior to the reserved date through the source the reservation was made through.

One-way-Rentals between the islands of Grenada are not allowed.

Top Cover Insurance - If top coverage is accepted the customer is liable for the following amounts. ECAR,CDAR,ICAR,SCAR,SVAR,SFAR,FQAR=0.00USD - LDAR,XFAR=3000.00USD - XDAR=4000.00USD Theft Protection - This allows the driver to be partially covered in case of theft of the vehicle. The customer will be held fully responsible for the vehicle that is the full value of the vehicle if theft protection is denied. If TP is accepted the customer is only liable for the following stated amounts. - ECAR,CDAR,ICAR=1500.00USD SCAR,SVAR,SFAR,FQAR=2000.00USD - LDAR,XFAR=5000.00USD - XDAR=7500.00USD // Top Cover Theft Protection - Customers are legible for further coverage of the vehicle with respect to theft. If top cover is accepted the customer is responsible for the respected amounts. ECAR,CDAR,ICAR,SCAR,SVAR,SFAR,FQAR=0.00USD - LDAR,XFAR=3000.00USD - XDAR=4000.00USD // Tyre and windscreen protection (GT) This coverage allows customers to be fully free of charges for any of the following: Tyres , windscreen, front glass, back glass. The cost of (GT) is $11.25USD per day and this insurance has no deductible. If GT is denied the customer will fully responsible for any damage done to any of the parts of the car listed above.

All fines and tickets associated with the government of Trinidad that are administered to the motorcar under the customers jurisdiction is will be fully charged to the customer.

The following credit cards are accepted MasterCard, Visa card. As well as Cash American, Discover & Diners club are not accepted. An advance charge approval is obtained for the chosen means of payment as a security.

If you have made a reservation you may pay on arrival however to make a reservation we will need a credit card to guarantee your vehicle. There may be an authorization on your Credit Card statement of USD$1.00 please be advised that a no show fee equivalent to a one day rental plus taxes with a minimum of USD$35.00 will be charged to the Credit Card. If vehicle is not pick up you can avoid this fee by cancelling your reservation through the same website you made it, you cannot call or write to cancel you can cancel only through the website where the reservation was made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled rental time. Prepaid reservations-if you have a prepaid reservation your Credit Card will be charged in full at the time you made your reservation. The Credit Card that you paid your reservation must be present at the time of pick up. Refund and cancellation policy-a prepaid reservation is a nonrefundable booking. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will not be modified. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund or credit. For customer satisfaction Economy will apply a refund for any of the reasons below-after verification- -flight cancelled and customer could not get to the rental location-natural disaster prevented travel- Illness prevented travel-death in family prevented travel-jury duty prevented travel-Economy was unable to fulfill the customer reservation (example no vehicle available) - Any action due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be advised that there will be a charge of a handling fee for cancelling. If a customer chooses to change the date of their reservation the handling fee will be waived but may be subject to a rate adjustment. For date change please contact 1 877 326 7368. Collision Damage Waiver removes the driver’s responsibility to a part of the vehicle in case of damage. If CDW is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts: 2000 USD (ECAR, CDAR,) 3500 USD (SFAR) 4000 USD (SVAR) If loss damage waiver is not accepted the customer will be held liable for the full value of the car.

The Road Side Assistance covers assistance with tire repairs, refueling of vehicles on the road, loss or misplacing of keys and break downs. Spare parts, fuel and tires themselves are not included
