Customers who fail to cancel their reservation from the source it was booked, at least 48 hours prior of the pick up time, or do not show up for their reservation are subject to $35 no show fee or one day rental fee whichever is higher.

Debit cards are permitted. No cash deposits are allowed. Tex Rent a Car accepts all major credit cards. No one other than the person named on the credit card may use that credit card for the deposit. The card holder must be present at the time of rental.

Renter must present a valid driver license at the time of rental. Foreign renters must present a valid driver license and a valid passport and based on the date of the entry stamp, will be allowed to rent a vehicle for up to 28 days, present at time of rental.

Vehicle must be returned with same amount of fuel as rented to avoid a refueling service charge.

Vehicles cannot be taken outside the state of Texas. If you take the car out of Texas, then it will be considered negligence and a penalty charge will apply, plus time and expenses.

Renter must present a proof of valid Liability Insurance at the time of rental. Renters who fail to provide a valid Liability Insurance are subject to the full rental charges.
