Additional driver charge is $5.00 per day with a maximum of 3 additional drivers .

The office is open from Monday to Sunday, 8:00-18:00, all year round. Any service outside of these hours is subject to an additional Out of Hours fee of 40USD

All citizens from EU, EEA member states and countries with international bilateral agreements - Republic of Korea and Japan are allowed to use their driving licence issued by their country of origin within Polish territory at all times. Customers from USA, Canada and Australia, China should have a valid International Driving Permit - IDP issued by their country of origin. All drivers - primary renter and additional driver's must produce a valid driving licence with a minimum validity of 1 year. In addition to valid driving licence, the primary renter must present a valid credit card in their own name.

Information regarding crossing a border has to be sent to the rental company together with the reservation or the renter must advise that the vehicle will be taken across an international border during rental time. The cost of crossing a border is 30,75 USD including VAT per each border cross, one time fee. Cars are permitted to travel into all European countries with the exception of: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia-Hercegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine. There is no minimum length of rental. Violating this restriction may occur in 5,000 USD including VAT penalty fee.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods for vehicle rental: Diners Club International, Discover, UPI - UnionPay International, JCB - JCB International, American Express (AMEX), Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, VPay, MasterCard Credit, Debit MasterCard, Carte Blanche, MasterCard Electronic, Eurocard, Maestro, BLIK, Google Pay (G Pay), and Samsung Pay. Debit cards and cash are also accepted for rental payment. Deposit Requirements: A security deposit of 2,250 USD is required at the time of vehicle pick-up. Only credit cards issued by Visa or Mastercard are accepted for the deposit. Credit cards from other providers, debit cards, and cash are not accepted for deposit purposes. The credit card used for the deposit must be in the name of the main driver and presented at the rental counter. The credit card must be valid for at least 12 months from the end date of the rental period.

When you arrive at the rental office: • There is no need to go to the counter or kiosk. • Prepare to show the gate agent your reservation in the Skip The Counter app, your driver is license, and your credit card. • At the start time of your reservation chosen in the app, you will be assigned a license plate number. You can find the vehicle in our parking lot. • The keys are in the vehicle. Unlock the doors with the app, drive to the exit gate, and enjoy the service. This optional service is offered at certain offices. Please check if your office offers this service.
