Must pick up during business hours. After hours drop-off is allowed. Exceptions can be made for after hours pick-up but renter must contact office to do so. $35.00 fee for Drop off and $35.00 for after hours pickup.

The renter and additional driver must be at least 21 years old, Max age 85 no fees

The airport branch is open Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. After hours are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year and are by appointment only. The SignNow document must be signed before we can give instructions on how to get your rental. After hours rentals are available 24 hours 365 days a year. if you are returning outside of the shuttle hours you will be charged a $25USD fee that will be charged at the counter.

Customers who fail to cancel their reservation from the source it was booked, at least 72 hours before the pick-up time, or do not show up for their reservation will be charged a one day rental charge. The minimum fee is $35.00.

NO PREPAID or RELOADABLE credit or debit cards are accepted. If using a debit card, the card must be bank issued with the renters name on it.

Renter must present a valid driver license at the time of rental. Foreign renters must present a valid driver license and a valid passport and based on the date of the entry stamp, will be allowed to rent a vehicle for up to 90 days, present at time of rental.

Vehicle must be returned with same amount of fuel as rented to avoid a refueling service charge. 12USD per gallon

Vehicles are restricted to a 500 miles radius from the renting location. If vehicles go outside the radius without WRITTEN permission, there will be a $500.00 fee plus an additional $0.50 a mile starting from the mileage on the contract when it was rented out.

The renter is responsible for any damage to the rental vehicle regardless of fault. If renter does not show proof of transferable insurance, they will be required to take out SLI and PDW. PDW varies per vehicle from$19.99-$39.99/day. PDW has a $500.00 deductible. SLI-is $14.99 per day. Glass and Tire Protection is available for $7.99 per day. Roadside Assistance is available for $7.99 per day.

Renters that do not have a return airline ticket or who live within 150 miles of the rented location, must have a copy of a current utility bill with the same address as their drivers license. Local renters have a mileage limit of 150 miles per day and will be charged .25 a mile thereafter.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Deposit: The amount of the rent plus a minimum of $ 950, will be held in your card at the time of the rental, once the vehicle is returned this deposit will be released Credit or Debit cards will be subject to verification at the moment of the rental. For those reservations that require a credit card guarantee, customers will be subject to a one day rental fee if they fail to show up to rent their reserved car, or if reservations are not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the reserved date through the source the reservation was made through.

If you have made a reservation you may pay on arrival however to make a reservation we will need a credit card to guarantee your vehicle. There may be an authorization on your Credit Card statement of USD$1.00 please be advised that a no show fee equivalent to a one day rental plus taxes with a minimum of USD$35.00 will be charged to the Credit Card. If vehicle is not pick up you can avoid this fee by cancelling your reservation through the same website you made it, you cannot call or write to cancel you can cancel only through the website where the reservation was made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled rental time. Prepaid reservations-if you have a prepaid reservation your Credit Card will be charged in full at the time you made your reservation. The Credit Card that you paid your reservation must be present at the time of pick up. Refund and cancellation policy-a prepaid reservation is a nonrefundable booking. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will not be modified. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund or credit. For customer satisfaction Economy will apply a refund for any of the reasons below-after verification- -flight cancelled and customer could not get to the rental location-natural disaster prevented travel- Illness prevented travel-death in family prevented travel-jury duty prevented travel-Economy was unable to fulfill the customer reservation (example no vehicle available) - Any action due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be advised that there will be a charge of a handling fee for cancelling. If a customer chooses to change the date of their reservation the handling fee will be waived but may be subject to a rate adjustment. For date change please contact 1 877 326 7368. To process a refund or if you have any problems with your reservation please email customercare@economyrentacar.com. Must be prior to your pick up.

Vehicles will be held for 2 hours after pick-up time subject to normal business hours. If your reservation is during normal shuttle hours and you are going to be DELAYED, please call the local office before 4pm. If you have given us your flight information we normally can accommodate you. Any changes to reservations could result in additional charges. If you do not contact the local office by 4pm, we will consider you a no-show. There will be a no-show fee equal to one day rental or $35.00, whichever is greater. If you have prearranged an after hours pick-up and have signed the SignNow document, your rental will be held until the next business day. Local office number is 801-288-2277.

Pets are allowed. All pets must be crated. If there is any extra cleaning due to pet hair or stains there will be a $250.00 fee plus any damage caused.

No smoking or vaping is allowed in any rental vehicle. If there is evidence of smoking or vaping there will be a cleaning of $250.00 plus any damage caused.
